DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH (only valid in rooms with a minimum of 2 full rates)

  • Children up to 4 years free of charge in parent´s bed or in own baby cot, baby cot hotel Euro 8,00 per day (to book in advance, subject to availability).
  • Children from 4 until 14 years): - 50 % reduction.

PETS

The hotel accepts pets (small dogs) during the summer season on request and at an additional charge of Euro 15, -- per day (for bigger dogs Euro 20, -- per day).

ARRIVAL

Kindly note that the rooms are not available before 3 p.m. on your day of arrival and must be obtained by 7 p.m. on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask our half-board guests to check in by 6 p.m., because there is no kitchen service after 8 p.m. Late check-in after 7 p.m. is only possible on request, subject to payment (and will be charged with a surcharge of Euro 20, -- per room, arrival until latest 10.00 p.m).
All guests are requested to present themselves upon arrival with a valid identity document to speed up the Check-In procedure.
On your day of departure, you are kindly requested to vacate your room by 10 a.m.

DEPOSIT

The reservation will be valid upon payment of the deposit of € 150.00 per room (€ 50.00 for a short stay) and the data of a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) with expiry date in case of cancellation or no-show.
Note: The deposit paid in case of cancellation will not be refunded.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION for individual guests (groups stay to agree with the management)

The terms and conditions for accommodation contracts laid down in the international hotel regulations shall apply. These will automatically be accepted on receipt of your deposit or for reservations made at short notice on receipt of the reservation confirmation. Time limits for cancellation: 1 month prior to arrival date: penalty of 50% of the total amount, 10 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 85% of the total amount, after this term: 100% cancellation fee.

PAYMENT IN HOTEL

You are kindly requested to pay your bill in cash or by credit card (Bancomat/Maestro, Carta Si, Visa, Visa Vpay, Mastercard, American Express).
Should the customer wish to delay the arrival date or anticipate the booked departure, the full price of the booked stay will be charged. No deduction for meals or services not consumed.

STAY INVOICE

For administrative reasons, it is necessary to provide billing information before or during check-in at the hotel (data: company dates and VAT number). Alternatively, a regular receipt will be issued NOT replaceable with an invoice.

  • Youth from 15 until 18 years (born: 2008-2011): - 20 % reduction.
