(the discount mentioned in the price-list is exclusively for accommodation in an additional bed in the parents’ or family room)
• Children up to 3 years: free of charge (in own travel-bed or in parents’ bed).
Baby bed: Cost € 8,00 per day.
• Children between 3-5 years pay € 15,-- per day (children’s set menu, without a skiing pass). Children born after 2002 and accompanied by parents using the same means of transport do not require any form of travel identification.
• from 6 to 14 years of age: - 50% (born 1993-2001).
• from 15 to 18 years of age: - 20% (born: 1989-1992).
• In family room with 2 separate bedrooms: children from 0 to 5 years - 50 % reduction.

In cooperation with Rent a Ski Valle Verde – Tarvisio the hotel’s own ski-rental service offering various models is available for our own hotel residents.
ARRIVAL:
If possible, kindly try to arrange your holiday so that your day of arrival and your day of departure are on a Saturday (with the exception of the special package deals offered in the price-list). Kindly note that the rooms are not available before 04.00 pm on your day of arrival. On your day of departure you are kindly requested to vacate your room by 10.00 am. Please note:
We kindly ask our half-board guests to check in by 07.00 pm because there is no kitchen service after 08.00 pm.
PETS:
Small pets are permitted on prior agreement. There is a € 30,-- final cleaning charge for dogs per stay.
DEPOSIT:
Per room and reservation period: € 150,--. Kindly note that a legally binding reservation can only be carried out after receipt of your deposit. BANK ACCOUNT:

TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
The terms and conditions for accommodation contracts laid down in the international hotel regulations shall apply. These will automatically be accepted on receipt of your deposit or for reservations made at short notice on receipt of the reservation confirmation.
HOTEL ACCOUNT:
You are kindly requested to pay your bill in cash or per credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro). N.B.Our guests are kindly requested to pay exclusively in cash for all services not provided by the hotel (skiing pass for the weekly package deals as well as those of the hotel's own ski-rental service). Accomodation and services (ski and boot hire/ski pass) booked in advance must be paid for in full. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a reduction, after booking, if you choose to arrive later, leave earlier or do not make full use of the services booked. No deduction for every meal not taken.
