DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTHS

The discount is valid only with extra bed in the room with min. 2 adults • Children up to 4 years of age free of charge in own travel-bed or in parent´s bed, baby bed or additional bed € 8,00 per day. • Children from 4 until 14 years - 50% in double room with parents.

PETS

The hotel accepts pets during the summer season on request and at an additional charge of Euro 15,-- per day.

ARRIVAL

Kindly note that the rooms are not available before 3 p.m. on your day of arrival and must be obtained by 7 p.m. on the day of arrival. We kindly ask our half-board guests to check in by 6 p.m., because there is no kitchen service after 8 p.m. Late check-In after 7 p.m. is only possible on request, subject to payment. All guests are requested to present themselves upon arrival with a valid identity document to speed up the Check-In procedure. On your day of departure you are kindly requested to vacate your room by 10 a.m.

DEPOSIT

Reservations are valid only upon receipt of the deposit of € 400.00 per room (150,-- for a short stay) and the data of a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) with expiry date in case of cancellation or no-show. TERMS OF CANCELLATION for individual guests (groups stay to agree with the management)

The terms and conditions for accomodation contracts laid down in the international hotel regulations. These will automatically be accepted on receipt of your deposit or for reservations made at short notice on receipt of the reservation confirmation. Time limits for cancellation: 3 months prior to arrival date no payment required, 1 month prior to arrival date penalty of 50 % of the total amount, 10 days prior to arrival date penalty of 85 % of the total amount.

HOTEL ACCOUNT

You are kindly requested to pay your bill in cash or by credit card (Bancomat/Maestro, Carta Si, Visa, Visa Vpay, Mastercard, American Express). Unfortunately we are not able to offer a reduction, after booking, if you choose to arrive later, leave earlier or do not make full use of the services booked. No deduction for every meal not taken.

• Children up to 3 years free of charge in parent´s bed or in own baby cot, baby cot hotel Euro 8,00 per day (to book in advance, subject to availability). • Children from 3 until 5 years pay Euro 15,00 per day (meal included) in parent’s bed. • Children from 0 until 5 years in triple room or family room with 1 or 2 separate sleeping rooms: - 50 % reduction. • Children from 6 until 14 years (born: 2010-2018): - 50 % reduction. • Youth from 15 until 18 years (born: 2006-2009): - 20 % reduction.
